I was hired as a temporary employer for Kelly Service as a drafter. How can I make it become permanent?

I found a job in drafting. I earned a certificate in Drafting and Design Technology at College and worked with Autocad to correct drawings and create some new ones for the engineer. However, the job only lasted 90 days. If was still working there during 90 days or during a six month contract position, how would I make it become permanent or be hired permanently? Is it likely they will hire me after 90 days if I do very good with Autocad and the drawings?

You will have to find out if Kelly has a "buy out clause" in their contract. If they do, any company you work for will have to pay Kelly to release you from working for them.
