Which US cities do you most associate with the term Rust Belt?

From the 1960's onward, many large industrial cities in the American Northeast and Midwest earned the label "Rust Belt" towns because of the loss of manufacturing plants and jobs. This resulted in massive urban decay, population decline and crime increases for such towns. Which cities do you think were the prototypical Rust Belt cities, the ones hit the hardest by foreign industrial competition and technologial obsolescence?
