Do employers have to pay for different safety glasses if employees don't like the ones we have available?
I am the safety manager at my job and one of my employees are complaining about how the safety glasses don't fit. Will the company have to buy different style safety glasses, since we require our employees to wear them at all times. Any help will help thank you.

If they do not fit, possibly depending on what state you are in. If they just don't like them, no. You have supplied the materials your require (which in most states you don't have to supply anything even if you require it) and if they do not like the style you pay for, then they must go buy their own pair.
