What job can I apply for to get me into the health and social care sector without any qualifications?

I am 22 years old, and have worked in a financial services company for nearly 4 years in the learning and development department. I am currently in my second yr of an open university course, leading to a degree in health and social care. I would like to get a job relating to my degree, but I don't know where to start as I have no qualifications or experience? Can anyone advise?

Health care is really low paid. If you want like 14K a year, then you could apply to be a healthcare/rehab assistant. Or, I know a guy that applied to work in a head office for NHS, just a normal healthcare job (e.g. Healthcare promotion). These desk jobs are much more better paid.
