How can I find a part-time job at home typing without having to send money, and a scam-free website?

I've applied at many places online for typing jobs, and I have spent a considerable amount of money. It leads from one scam-job to asking for money on another??? Does anyone have any knowledge of a typing, scam-free job?

Go to a hospital about it. I know they hire a lot of people to type medical transcripts from home. Anything that needs you to pay up front is a scam.
