Will I be considered greedy if I take another part time job?

I have a full time job with Verizon Wireless and I make 15 bucks an hour. I decided to take a seasonal position at Kohls and they offered me 9 bucks per hour part time. My best friend has been unemployed and could not get a job. She says that I should leave the part time job for someone that really needs it, like her, but I really do need it. I have student loans to pay off. She called me greedy and selfish and money hungry, can you believe this.

You have every right to take that job. Your friend is the idiot who can't get a job. When apparently there are jobs out there, you have two! Don't listen to her, do what you feel you have to do. She's just jealous because she's an idiot.

Why didn't she apply for the job at Kohl's? Has she been out really looking for a job? If not, that is her problem. Good luck paying off the loan

What she does not see is that you will spend the money you earn, which will require employees at your local stores, in factories and farms etc to work just a little bit harder to provide you with the things you need...
