What academic qualifications do I need in order for me to become a Regional or Sales manager?
just out of interest what academic qualifications i.e. GCSEs, A-Levels, Btecs, Degrees, etc. would I need to enable me to become a regional sales manager in a major retail outlet, or maybe just a sales manager. Really interested please let me know, because this is the career path I would love to go down. I love people, loving talking, however I'm still in my final year of gcse study and was thinking to go through with sales when I leave college??

You don't need a degree you need a long time of work experience, it would depend it what areas you wanted to be a regional/sales manager in? I previous have been a sales manager in a call centre and 20years work experience was the only qualification I needed. The area I now work in as a marketing executive did not need... More
