Do I have a healthy lifestyle? Any tips?

I am a 15 year old girl who is 5'6 and 168 pounds. I usually wear a size 13 in junior's and a 12/14 in women. Here are my meals: Breakfast: Quaker Oats breakfast granola bar with Minute Made orange juice Lunch: Kaiser roll with olive oil (good for your heart?) and orgeano, 2 slices of provolone cheese and 4 slices of genoa salami. I also have a bag of Fritos with 2 sticks of string cheese and Welch's apple juice Snack: After school, I either have 2 sticks of string cheese OR a 1 ounce bag of apples with peanut butter to dip Dinner: My mother controls this so it's usually a good meal with things like corn, mashed potatoes and baked chicken. For drink, I usually have Apple and Eve 100% fruit punch. Desert: Maybe 3 times a week M&M's Ice Cream Cone with a glass of milk OR a caramel apple with a glass of milk I usually don't exercise, but I do have P.E this year in school. I also like to dance to music in my room sometimes and don't play any sports. Do I eat well? I heard that white bread is the worst thing for you, so should I change the kaiser roll? Should I only pack 1 stick of cheese? Do I need to lose weight? If so, how much? Thanks for your help:-) YES, THIS IS A REPEATED QUESTION

I would advise that you exercise a bit. Since you lime to dance , dance for about 30 mnutes a day and that should get you in better health. Another thing avoid white bread and switch to all wheat. The granola bars don't help with anything so toss them and lose the ice cream because I work at an ice cream shop and that... More
