Where to find someone to build a website?

I tried learning html, and while I have the basics down, I dont really know how to create a somewhat personal, but professional website. I wanted a very basic one with a couple pages, but where do you look if you want to hire someone for cheap to build a very simple site?

Look online, craigslist, etc. Just search google. I build flash sites, not HTML.

With some basic HTML knowledge you can build a very professional looking website with Microsoft Office Live Small Business. The service takes care of domain registration and hosting, plus gives you the tools and templates you need to build your site. Cheers, Jeff MSFT Office Live Outreach
