What kind of high paying jobs can I get with a Public Policy degree?

My dream job is either to work for the Environmental Protection Agency or work for the United Nations. Now I don't know what kind of positions they have in each of those organizations (since there are like so many of them!!!) but I do know that I want to work for the government in the future. I am a freshmen in college and I'm confused about what to major in in order for me to get a government job. So far, I think I want to double major in Public Policy and Political Science, does that sound like a good idea in order for me to get my dream job?
