is this an ok personal statement for my CV?

Personal Profile Friendly, approachable and a good communicator, I am able to provide a high level of customer care. I’m hardworking, conscientious and considerate towards my work colleagues. I take pride in any work I do and always appreciate an opportunity to learn when faced with a challenge. I enjoy working in a team and get satisfaction when I’m able to help others.

well depends on what job you are going for. That job title should be mentioned in you cover letter. For example: I have been in the (field or job you seek) for (how long). Then add to the letter what you can offer to let them know you will meet the needs of there company. other wise great so far.

I would suggest you write your profile in the 3rd person. It has been found to come across as more professional. Apparently you should also keep it to one sentence if possible, more of a statement... More
