Can anyone give me advice on my Resume?

November 2005 - November 2006 Prepping Boss, Junior Painter - Duties included supervising of 5-10 people in the preparation of materials for sandblasting, and cleaning prior to painting, mixing paint, applying primer, applying topcoats and clear coats, doing touch ups, and operating a forklift. August 2003- September 2005 Sales and Yard Hand - Duties included sales of building equipment, mixing of house paint, loading customers’ vehicles with product, delivering product, forklift operation, inventory, cashout and general cleanup, merchandising. Valemount Community Television Summer 2002 and Summer 2003 Studio Assistant/Media Assistant – Daily updates to webpage and community bulletin board for the studio, filming of local events for broadcast, editing video for broadcast, airing broadcasts, various weekly projects, general office duties including answering and responding to telephone, fax and email inquiries. I have applied at probably 50 places, and no call backs :(

Couple of things - depends what type of job you are applying for ( include only those that are relative to what you are applying for) You have 15 seconds and the 1st page to get their attention, Look at the difference between your resume and mine, you have to sale them on the idea to hire you... More

You have a good basis. I think you should focus on your highlights more and put more emphasis on your best assets. Perhaps refining it down would be useful too. Good luck.
