Punctuation questions.?

I am currently looking for a new job. I've made my own resume and I'm not sure if it's my punctuation is correct. Should I have periods where I've listed my responsibilities? If anyone notices any errors could you please correct me. OBJECTIVE: To obtain a position utilizing my skills and knowledge, while enabling me to further develop those skills.
