Why do I keep having these dreams?? Please help!?

Lately, 3/5 of my dreams have been about either me dying, someone close to me dying, or fighting something that's trying to kill me. I wake up short of breath and petrified...on night i dreamed that my bed was a coffin and i was forced to lie in it as i was dying, and i had to sleep on the floor for a week afterwards because i was so scared of the bed. Last night I dreamt that two bears were trying to kill me and my dad and they killed my dad and then came after me. It was awful...and I have dreams like this all the frikking time! I've struggled with self-injury, depression, anxiety, paranoia, and eating disorders throughout the past months...is that related? and what the f**k is wrong with meeee? just bad dreams? or what?
