When Would It Be OK to Call After a Job Interview?

I was recently interviewed last Wednesday for a job, the manager wasn't present and the shift supervisor interviewed me instead. The supervisor then told me that they would call me in for a 2nd job interview with the manager in a couple of days. It's Monday and I was interviewed last Wednesday (5 days ago). Is it too early to call? If it's not too early to call, how should I properly ask them if I am getting a 2nd interview or not?

I would call ask for human resources, give your name and tell them when you were there who interviewed you, and you were wondering when you will be called for the 2nd interview.
