Finding IT jobs in the US with 'employers' who sponsor H1B visas.?

I am a Sr. Software Engineer with 4+ years of experience in .Net, currently working in India. the lack of professionalism is driving me nuts and my experience of 2.5 years in the US is a constant reminder of the excellent work-life balance there. Most jobs I've looked on the web indicate that the particular employer is NOT sponsoring H1B visas at this time. I want to be employed full time and am not interested in working as a contractor. Any help, advice, guidance to look in the right place will help. Thank you.
