How Do I Go From Wordpress To A .Com?

I currently own and run a blog on which I have been blessed enough to get a faithful audience of over 10,000 views per day. Since I dedicate so much time to my site, I wanted to be able to persue having this as a full time job, as in I need to make money from it. Wordpress currently stands in that you cannot have ads on your Wordpress account. I want to be able to do everything, host a site, have a .com, have ads, etc. How do I go about doing this easiest? I know nothing about building a website from scratch. Help!
