I just bought the George Forman's Lean mean fat reducing grilling machine in the jumbo size...?

I know this has been out for awhile, but it just recently went on sale at a local department store for $45 so I just bought it. Can anyone tell me how they feel about the product? Is there anything that I should do to make it last longer or work better? Do you think it cooks faster then a regular pan would? I work 2 full time jobs, am over 5 months pregnant, and have two boys ages 3 & 7. I would love it if it made good quality food quickly! All reviews welcome, good or bad! Thanks a bunch, Kara

There are actually one of my favorite gadgets. I use them a lot for cooking marinated chicken breasts and cubed pork tenderloin on skewers. It's not so much that it cooks so fast, but you never have to worry about burning anything and you just need to wipe them off when you are done with them. I usually use either... More

I have a little one and I love it. Yes I do think it cooks faster than a skillet on the stove. Do not use metal utensils on it and do not scrub with anything metal. Also cleanup is easy if you clean while it is still hot. It is great for burgers, pork chops, and chicken and other grilling meats as well. Oh and it is... More

We really love our George Foreman grill ... The only comment that I would make is that, with regard to the 1st one we bought, it did not have a cooking grid that would remove for easy cleaning. (It was just all in one piece, in other words. You had to clean the cooking grid while it was in-place in the grill.) We... More

I love my Forman Grill (also jumbo). I feel that it does cook faster because the food is being cooked on both sides at once. Clean up is quick and easy too. I especially like it for salmon and burgers in the winter when my grill covered with snow. It is also good for grilled sandwiches, you get a panini like grill mark... More
