When and which president of the USA let the companies to move to China?

Im going to give presentation about this so please help me out here give as much information you know, any answer about the products that are made in China. And how does this effect US jobs and stuff like that. Thank you!

Presidents don't "let" companies move or prevent them from moving, they are free to move about the world to where it makes economic sense for the moment. And they do. Design and development of products doesn't have to happen where the products end up being made... More

Labor in China plus import export tax plus shipping is much cheaper than having them made in the U.S. so the jobs go there, it's pretty much the idea of free market which every president is supposed to defend. It creates much more jobs (port workers, ship crew, truck drivers, custom officials) and a much lower price... More
