I have a GED and 15 college credits. Will I still be disqualified for any jobs in the navy?

One recruiter said no and another said yes. One recruiter said yes another said no. I scored a 76 on the asvab.

no one will be turned away from any military force in the usa. they're always recruiting.

I would think the college credits would negate the GED as they are higher level.

Forget telling them about your GED. You are a college student. As for any job l would suggest reducing that down to about four or five. You can not be a base commander for example. Ask if you can take a test to see where can fit in. You just might be surprised and if you a job that does require you to go out to sea... More

there will be some ratings you cannot get because you do not have a High School Diploma.. mostly Nuke and Submarine ratings.
