How do I become a programmer analyst?

I've been seeing a lot of jobs lately for "Programmer Analyst". What is a Programmer Analyst? How does one train to become a programmer analyst? I currently am fluent in SQL, HTML, Javascript, ColdFusion, and PHP

I'm a programmer analyst. I write programs, but the analyst part is probably because I do a lot of analysis too, like algorithm runtime complexity.
