How to land secretary/receptionist jobs?
Right now my resume is retail shops with a year or so of management experience. I'm organized and I'm very computer literate. My aunt suggested that I look at the idea of getting into being a secretary or receptionist with the skills that I have. How do you break into that field? I'm confused about where to start and how to alter my resume to fit my job search.

I agree with the first poster - your best bet is to try a temp agency, especially in this job market. I did the temp thing for a couple of years and got some really solid skills under my belt before I looked for a job on my own. And it's not all going to be short-term work, so don't worry.
