How do you change your job in the army if you can?

I joined the army at the end of the army year so they only had one job left I don't mind it but I really want an administration job or a recruiter job. more administration cause that's what im going to be going to school for while im in the army so I want the experience? so is there a way I can change my job before it's time for me to sign my new contract. or do I just have to suck it up and wait for my 4 years to be up?
