How to study the Math Portion of the ASVAB more effectively, trying to get atleast a 110 GT Score, help?

I'm trying to go for a RIP Contract, I need a 110 GT score. I have trouble with the Algebra Portion of the ASVAB book is there specific ways to pick it up more effectively, like how long should I study? everyday? 3 times a week? What? Also whats the highest GT score you can get on the ASVAB? Is math knowledge apart of your GT Score?
