What are the benefits of getting a 2nd masters degree when you're a teacher? How much does it affect a salary?

I am currently working on getting my teaching certificate and looking into my options for the future. I originally wanted to go for my PhD in English but that seems like so much work so I thought of maybe getting multiple masters degree. Could anyone please help me with the benefits of each, and please do not point out the number of years it would take me, I specifically mean salary wise. Thank you.
