I had this dream a couple of nights ago and it's bothering me?

so a few nights ago i had a dream that i thought i was turning into a vampire. I remember i was passing by a window and i noticed i looked paler, my eyes were this strange shade of amber and my canine teeth were getting longer. and for some reason i thought the only way to stop the transformation was to grab some pliers pull out all my teeth and it didn't feel like it hurt or anything it almost felt like when you pull out a baby tooth. so i ended up getting half way through, but something interrupted me. then when i went back i realized that all the teeth i had pulled out grew back and my canine teeth now looked like fangs like this then someone came into my dream i think she was supposed to represent a girlfriend and i was ashamed of what i had become, but she made it seem like she didn't care and she totally excepted it. i feel like this had some significance to it. do you think this could mean anything? now I've asked this question before and all i got were people attempting to be funny saying "maybe you should stop watching twilight HARGARHARGAR" now if you are going to say that I'd rather have you just not answer at all, because i have never even seen twilight and not everything involving vampires has to due with twilight.
