I have a South African Passport living in Australia wanting to move to Dublin?

I want to move with with my daughter to Dublin. Unfortunately I am in an administration job and know that it is not a sort after career countries are looking for. How can I move to Dublin. I have been back twice and love everything about the place. How can I move there, what's the easiest and quickest way, I have done some research and it seems really hard?

You need to get a job in Ireland first, and only then can you apply for your work/residency permit. It's very very difficult at the moment for Irish and EU nationals, so it's pretty much impossible for other nationalities. Sorry.
