“Is Global Warming a problem created by the western world in order to solve the economic problems they face?

1)It gives a reason to slow down production in developing countries. 2)It gives a reason to increase fuel prices gradually which will lead to everything costing more while people do not earn more, this deals with labour costs, as America and Britain cannot compete industrially with upcoming countries such as China and India. 3) It is a problem created by the United Nations to redistribute the world's wealth from select developed nations to developing nations. That was self-evident of the proposed Copenhagen treaty and the speeches and reactions from various nations. Otherwise I would think this was a conspiracy theory.
