| Would you hire me in Houston?Here is my part of my resume. I really need a job. I've tried temp agencies, craigslist, hotjobs, careerbuilder, dice, simplyhired.. did I mention Im registered with over 10 agencies and they cant place me. I don't know what the issue is. Any help is appreciated.

Reconciled premium billing for MetLife, and accurately set up short term disability claims. Key contributor in creating long and short-term disability policies across eight hospitals, and negotiated terms with union representatives, and officials. Successfully stayed on top of my responsibilities while training five new hires on HRIS, and disability databases, and bringing them up to speed on the current FMLA, CFRA, WC and ADA, laws. Track employees return to work, request doctors certifications, and communicate with the doctors on unclear issues. Surpassed my supervisor’s expectations with my attention to detail, knowledge of the job, and my ability to take on more responsibilities while maintaining my normal case load.
