What all do I need to fill out to complete my tax return?

For 2009, I have income from my full-time job and rental income from my condo I rented out. What are all the forms I need to fill out? Turbo Tax is not allowing me to use its free edition due to my additional rental income. 2009 was the first year I rented out my condo.

Form 1040 and Schedule E, plus the instructions for each.

The free edition will not do this for you. You probably need to get the deluxe edition.

Form 1040 as your basic tax form and Schedule E for your rental. If 2009 was the first year you rented your condo, you will also need Form 4562 for depreciation. If you itemize deductions you will also need Schedule A. Finally you will need Schedule M to claim the "make work pay" credit.
