How much would a Senior Software Engineer earn on site?

Hi, I'm working as a Software Engineer (Testing) with a US based MNC (would not like to name it here) in Bangalore. I've received an interview email from TechM for the post of Senior Software Engineer / Test Lead and they had mentioned that there will be an onsite opportunity. I want to know how much do companies (and TechM in particular) pay onsite. I've an interview scheduled in a couple of days and would like to know about this asap. So would request anyone who knows about it to share their knowledge. Regards, Sattaman, probably you didn't get my question right. I'm not taking up a job in US. I'm taking up a job in India only, in which I'll have to work onsite for may be a year around. I want to know what would be the compensation TechM makes for that. Anyways, thanks for the trying.

Quite honestly I would stay where you are. Most software "engineering" jobs are being outsourced from the US. Programmers are a dying breed over here.
