Why do Job Interviews involve a load of bullshit?
You have to sit there and answer questions about improving customer service etc. why? thats a managers job. why do we have to be subjected to ridiculous routines just to get the simplest of jobs?

Maybe they were filling the time with mundane questions because you didn't ask any interesting questions? An interview works both ways, try to give answers which will surprise the other party and add some humour, really let them see your personality and you may find interiews will get more exciting.
