how do i find jobs direct with employers without going through recruitment agencies?

Does anyone know where i can find many finance jobs where i do not have to go through recruitment agencies and can submit my cv for jobs directly to the employer?

Type into google or yahoo search the sector of finance you wish to go into and apply directly through the company websites. There are loads and the questions are open so I suggest that you do an answer sheet in word and adapt them to fit each question.

Try the websites of employers. Many of them list available positions.

Your local newspaper will carry many local jobs placed directly by the company.

Most Companies would either go through an Agency, Job Centre or Advertise in a local paper. In the Finance industry, most go through an agency. Why? There are a lot of Monkeys out there and the Agencies provide a filtering process that gets you the right person for the job.
