I want to work alot of hours and be rewarded fiancially for it- what is my job?

I know the qualities I want in my next job, more pay, more responsibility, room to grow, but I don't know what job I would find all of these qualities in. I currently work in recruiting/human resources and have advanceed and been very successful here but I've hit a wall. Where else can I apply similar skills?
