What computer skills do I need to be an office manager?
I have been an office manager for a few years but it's at a lower-tech business: martial arts schools. So I only have to know Microsoft Office Suite. I'm thinking about applying to be an office manager outside this field in a regular business. What computer programs and skills do I need to have under my belt?

I'm an office manager for a small company, and it's what I've done for the past 9 years or so, with various small to mid size companies. Specific skills vary by industry. Knowing Quickbooks or other basic accounting software is ideal, because the functions within that transfer to other accounting softwares and database... More

Microsoft office suite will be your requirement, as far as computer applications go the other applications varies from job to job
