What exactly does an electrical power production specialist do in the air force?

I am joining the air force and three jobs i'm looking at include aircraft fuels systems (2A6X4), Electrical and Enviromental (2A6X6), and lastly Elictrical power production (3E0x2)....If anyone one knows exactly what these jobs include and which would be best please answer....Also how do these jobs get you ready for civilian jobs and which?

I was not in the Air Force, but I would bet money that you would set up and fix generators. Not necessarily a great set up for after the Air Force, but I did have a friend who was hired as a private contractor for the Marine Corps, and he got paid $186,000 to go set up and fix generators in Iraq for a year...
