How do I explain to my wife that its not my job to change our newborns diapers?

I have told her countless times that I am allergic to baybee pooh. She still insists I help out with the diapers. I keep telling her, "Woman, I go to work all day so we can afford to buy these diapers. The least you can do is put them on our baybee and change them when needed. Do I have to do everything around here?". Then she just cops an attitude with me. Is there a better way for me to explain why diaper changing is not my job?

really? it's both of your jobs. If you didn't want to change diapers, then you shouldn't have had a baby. :/

It is not a mans job you are right. She should show you some respect. Some women will claim that they are unable to have your dinner on the table at 6pm because they had a baby, it is not an illness.

You have to share this job, or else it means you are not contributing to raising your child with your own hand. Yes money is there, and yes it's a big deal that you're bringing the bread home, but you should be directly involved in your child's life too as it helps bonding and builds memories. You won't regret it.

You helped make the baby (which made the messy diapers), so you help clean it up!!!

as a man(husband), you should respect your wife it is not because you work all day long means you are not to take part in doing the chores at home or taking care of your baby.. its your baby after all
