Development vs Testing Automation job?
One of my friend has 2 offers, both from reputed companies. Job profile in one company is development using C, C++ and/or Java, another is testing automation job. One more thing is for the testing job he'll be paid more than the development job. So which one to go for, keeping at least 3 years of future software field in mind.

It's impossible to answer. What does your friend enjoy doing? Development is part art, part creative process, and a lot of logical thought and design. Did he enjoy coding in university / college?
