How far back in employment do I need to go back on a resume?

I am writing a resume for a job on an Army post. Its a career change from retail to an office job. How far do I need to list my employment. All my jobs have been retail based so I don't want to bore them with usually information. *useless information.

I would list at least 5-10 years. They won't be bored.

your usaually supoose to just list those jobs that relate to the job which u r applying. if none just list the last two recent. a resume should only be one page long. its an ad for u n the employer gets interested n wants to know more. then u stun them w/ an interview... More
