What would be the best way of getting my ratings?

Well, doing some research I have found there are hundreds of different aviation schools. I've looked at some of the big ones like ATP, Delta Connection Academy, and a few others. Then there is my community college. If I wanted to get my ratings to fly jet aircraft. What do you think would be the best way of doing so?

Whether you're going to fly Boeing 737's for an airline, or Twin Otters in Alaska bush operations, or a corporate King Air, you pretty much need all the same training. If money is not an issue, pick one enroll and stay at it until you have the training. If you don't mind flying in the 3rd world, I recommend Eagle Jet international. They will get you trained all the way up to FO in a 737 NG or A320. You will get typed a frozen ATPL and 300 hrs as an actual FO... More

I ended up just going to a flight school near by that my boyfriend went to and got my private/instr. Of course, I still... More

The best and most efficient way would be through a local flight school. Academy's are over rated and over priced and non of them guarantee instructing time and a job with the regionals. Bottom line read in between the lines don't just look at the cool pictures the schools show you on their web sites. And plus your... More
