If you do not think your FRG leader is not doing her job, is there someone you can report her to?
I am a POC (of 14!) and every person I have talked to on my list or just in general really thinks our FRG leader is not doing her job, what can we do to see about getting her removed? Who do we report her to? Any help would be appreciated. We have spoken to her about how wer feel and she seems to brush it off like we never said anything. She is also the Captains wife

Well first I would ask if you have spoken with her about it. That would be the polite thing to do.
