How can i report an employer who pays its employees under the table in New Jersey?
My GF recently quit her job because of the unfair working conditions her manager was putting her through. He was paying his employee's under the table and she wants to report him! Who is the best to contact? And is it worth it?

IRS, however being paid under the table (avoiding taxation) is still serious. Unless your girlfriend has been dutifully paying taxes on the money she has been earning (which she should have been) then upon reporting and auditing she will be on the hook for income tax.
