Is it possible for a person to get a customer service job without customer service experience?
I've had several jobs in the past though none of them have really involved dealing directly with the public, but now I'm looking for a new job and as I look through the newspapers and the various job internet sites, I see that about 99% of the jobs out there are customer service jobs. Do you think someone like me who has little to no customer service experience would be wasting their time applying to any of these jobs?
