Can i be held liable for injuries sustained on these pest control workers?

Recently i've been having spider problems in the lower quarters of my house and in the cooking compartment- the kitchen. They have been up to nothing but mischief since the day the got in, eating food, making webs and scaring the housekeepers. To deal with this problem i called the services of a pest control company. A few hours later and i hear banging on the door which leads to the basement- i had it padlocked so no spiders can escape. I then hear gunshots, more screams and then, nothing. I assumed that they had finished so i opened the door and there dropped the 3 skeletons of the pest controlers. Now as the job wasnt completed, i want to demand my money back of the companies and of the grieving families due to damage to my house. I was going to take this to the supreme courts but i am worried that the tides may be turned against me.
