How long before my vehicle gets repoed?

I currently have an auto loan through Santander Consumer USA and I am late about 14 days on my payment. How long do I have before they will come and repo my vehicle? Also same question for filing bankruptcy. How long in general does it take them to repo a vehicle in the state of Idaho after filing bankruptcy? The bank I have it financed through is out of state as well. Please do not reply with spam either, with offers for loans or anything. Every person that keeps spamming your just getting reported to yahoo answers just as a heads up.
