How to find people who want a career in sales?
I just started working as a recruiting coordinator for a life insurance company three weeks ago and I need help. I am having trouble finding people who would like a job in sales because it is mostly commission base, but that’s typically the case for most sales positions. We have great benefits and an extremely respectable company. Most of our agents make an average of $100,000 a year and we offer an extremely flexible schedule. I am using Monster.com but I’m still not having too much luck. Any advice on how I can find more people who are looking for a career in sales.
