How does one insulate between wall paneling?
I have a home built in the 1960s that paneled throughout the house. We never replaced and installed drywall. My downstairs is very cold and I know I am losing a lot of heat. I am downsizing and want to sell my house next year and I am trying to take care of certain thing right now. I can't afford to drywall.

depends. if the panels are glued right to the blocks, no. if there is a wood frame built on the blocks, then yes. i dont know how much that would help though. how are the windows? put up that plastic over the windows.
