What part of the Constitution prevents government from being able to ban out sourcing of jobs by corporations?
What part of the Constitution gives corporations the fundamental right to out source American jobs to foreign countries like Mexico for example? When I told a friend about this because he didn't know that it occurs. He said it should be criminalized but I thought about and it seemed unconstitutional but I don't know which amendment to site. Was I right?

No. There is nothing unconstitutional about that. Perhaps it's time that you actually READ the Constitution so that you'll know what's in it. http://www.usconstitution.net/const.html
