Legal question about Jon Venables?

Because he has a new identity, does he have to reveal anything about his past when he applies for a job/passport etc? And what happens if his employer finds out who he is, can s/he fire him?

The whole point of Jon Venables obtaining a new identity was so that people would never be able to link him to his past. His birth, health and school records, along with any other identifiers have all been destroyed and erased from any computer bases. The same has been done for his parents and siblings, as well as... he will have a brand new name and passport so no he doesn't to all intents amd purposes Jon Venables no longer exsists

There is no Jon Venables anymore. The whole of his identity has been changed. As he is still on licence he is not allowed to leave the country, so he does not have a passport.

I don't think he's in that league. He is reported to have drinking and drugs problems and to be in what is described as a fragile mental state. He was recalled to prison because of child pornography involvement. More
