Why are some customers in retail so rude?
I work at a retail store, and some customers are very rude. I don't know about other people, but when I walk into a store, I'm having fun and shopping. The rude people seem to be annoyed by everything and angry.

I know exactly what you mean. I've been working in retail stores for over 10 years. I really believe that people shouldn't shop when they are in a hurry. I think the rude people think if they are rude they'll get special treatment because some managers and bosses really do believe that the customer is always right... More

Because they are losers with big life problems. or Because you fallow them and talk too much asking if they need help ect (but thats not your fault because your boss is probably pushing you to be this way) Being rude at a sells person or a cashier is very low.

Most people have this notion that your a mindless, heartless robot with no feelings and your there to tend to them and they're stupid material needs. Kill them with kindness or give em the finger if your not that interested in that job.
